Check the plug wires, they twist in like a Motorcycle's, also look at the end (where it fits over the spark plug) there should be a small wire that crosses the hole at the end. If this is missing or bent the plug may not be connecting.
All the other parts you mentioned must be working if it fires on the other cylinder as the Honda 600 fires both cylinders at the same time.
