Seat belt and air vents

I am looking for the side air vents that are inside the car. It was a
vent and a little door under the dash on the body. I only have one
vent and no doors.
Also, I need to replace the driver's seat belt. The roller no longer
retracts. I am also interested in upgrading to a better belt if anyone
has any ideas.
I've been asked to enter my car in a masterpiece showcase this summer
so I am anxious to get these items fixed soon.
