Hey guys, I'm getting the motor back together on my 70 n600, and I need some help. I'm sure SOMEONE out there has rebuilt their carburetor. Where the heck can I get parts for that or am I going to have to rebuild all of them from nothing?

I am not aware of any source of parts for these cars other than the persons on here and stuff I see on eBay.
Before you panic, though, why do you think your carb needs to be rebuilt? I see from your message that you have a 1970 N600 which would have the older style carb with a diaphragm on top. This diaphragm was the weak link on that carb. Remove the 4 screws on the top cap of the carb and check the condition of the diaphragm ...... it needs to be pliable and free of tears. But even if this part looks ok, you don't want to use this carb. Take it off and store it. If you ever sell the car or enter it in a show, you can reinstall it as the original carb. That carb is a time bomb which will fail on your someday when you least expect it.
For your 1970 car, I suggest you get the later model (used in 1971 and 1972) carb with the variable venturi dome (it had "Keihn "marked on the top ). This carb is reliable and doesn't have much that goes wrong with it. If you get the newer style carb, the parts which might be bad are the needle and seat, the accelerator pump diaphragm, the mini filter at the needle and seat, the idle mixture screw, the fuel solenoid on the side of the carb, and some of the o-rings which you can buy at your local Ace hardware or make yourself.
The most likely problems I see on these Honda 600 carbs is the passage ways get clogged and the carb needs to be completely disassembled and cleaned out. You can reassemble it using your old parts (check the o-rings and see if they need replacement). When you are setting float level, you will get an indication of whether the needle and seat works if you connect a hose to the fuel inlet line and blow into the carb.

I believe this guy used to sell carb rebuild parts on ebay. Can't say if he still does though...
