lower turn signal lights

hi i saw a honda az600 that had turn signal lights under the bumper where the blankouts are located. these seem to be on cars that are righthand drive. i thought i might like to convert my coupe to that front end look. does anyone know where those spacific turn signals are from and if they still can be found? my honda coupe is a driver and is not a collectable so removing the signal mounts and the overrider bumper would not damage the cars value. thank you for your time. dean
