Less than a year ago I was having a hard time finding tires for my dads Honda 600. Every place I called said they were unavailable, even the companies that advertise Kumho tires.
A little discouraged but refusing to give up I went to the Kumho website and called customer support. I told her the problem I was having and she did a quick search of one of their warehouses. When she informed me that they were available I became excited and asked how many, I was going to lay claim to them all (I have 5 cars that take 10 inch tires). She laughed and informed me that the search was for 500, and came back as 500 available from that warehouse. She also told me that I would be unable to order them from her but gave me the
information to order them from any of their distributors.
With this information I made the phone calls again and received several prices, the best of which was from Sears. Sears would have them in a couple of days. The cost for mounting, balancing, new valve stems, tire disposal, and tax was about $275.
