This car doesn't look like a Honda 600. It was built from a classic Mini.

Double check the side marker lights and front turn signals, it's a Honda 600. The mini coopers side marker lights are smaller and right above the middle of the fenderwell, as well as the front turn signals are smaller and almost to the outer edge of the fender.

I'm guessing Mini, too. There's a very similar one half-way down this web page:

Sorry about that but I still say Classic Mini. I'm not a 600, neither a Mini guru, but I've owned both and I would bet a large amount of euros it's a Mini-based custom. You may be right about the side marker lights and front turns signals, I'm not used with US specs. But have a look to the shape of the fenders, bonnet, rear lens etc etc.
Unless I have a different pictures on my computer screen, it's a Mini.

Ok, does anyone else have any input on whether this is a Ray Cavew custom Honda 600, or is it a Mini Cooper?

The 600 sedan doesn't have chrome headlight rings. The Mini does, but they are round. These are not round. My guess is it is possibly a Honda 600 Roadster.

I was wondering based on the side marker lights and the front turn signals.
