Parts inquiry

Hi everyone.
I'm looking for parts for my N600 1972 sedan.
They are for the lower arm - stabilizer as shown on page 6-31 of the Parts Manual.
The things I need are:
51310-568-670 BRACKET, R. STABILIZER SHAFT (the parts book indicates there is a difference between right and left but does anyone know if this is true for sure?) This is the bracket that holds the rubber bushing on.
qty 2 of: 51306-568-671 Bushing B, STABILIZER - These are the big rubber bushings.
qty 1 of:
92101-08022-0A BOLT, HEX. (8X22)
94111-08000 WASHER, SPRING (8MM)
(can I just purchase the hex and spring anywhere does anyone know?)

There is the rubber part for the stabilizer and the bracket for them on Ebay now. dont know about the rest of the stuff.
