Z Hatch channel and weatherstrip

Miles just sent me a nice rear hatch to replace the one broken by a tree limb. Can anyone recommend sources for the u-channel that locates the window and the weatherstrip between the hatch opening and body opening? Also, is there a cure for weak hatch springs?- Barry
