Hey guys. I've started making more of these since the one I used in my car worked so good. I'm listing them on Ebay as I make them. I've got one right now, and I've started putting together another one.

Yes it sort of does. The bearing insert actually is encased in a sleeve for the roller pins of the bearing to roll on. The inner sleeve is the old bushing from the part. The bearing is made to fit it perfectly.
Here are some pictures to better describe what I'm talking about:
These two pictures show the wheel with the bearing inserted. You can sort of see the sides of the bearing's case. The case goes around the outside of the rollers and acts as an outer sleeve.

In this one, I'm holding the roller bushing above in my fingers:

And in this picture, you can see the roller bushing sitting inside the bushing:

The wheel is then held in the tensioner arm using the same old pin that has the oil collecting thingy on the side and the oiling holes in the middle to ensure the bearing is constantly well lubed.
