The Geo Metro seals are 5/8" part # 1924 or 35-1924 or WK 1924. The 11/16 kits fit all kinds of other cars including the 1973/74 Civic and if you do a search on eBay you will see exactly how many others will come up. I have been supplying these numbers for years as well as selling the kits for about $6.00 per side which is comparable to most auto part stores. Happy to share part numbers when someone needs it NOW! The 11/16 kit is WK895 or 35-895.
The caliper kits are cheap these days, the ones supplied by Centric anyway. The clips aren't as nice as the originals but do work. The Honda brake systems were all derived from other cars with SAE sizes, the caliper parts & kits are from Jaguar but it took me years to find this out. Centric kit # 143.20002
The rear brake shoes number is 428 or RBR428 fits 73/74 Civic but only the type that is dual piston. The early sedans used shoe # 10225 but good luck on that one, I have not seen them listed in 20 years and never seen a suitable replacement beyond having them relined to fit.
