I have a question for you. Forgive me, I don't see your name anywhere.
Is this car a UNI-BODY? meaning, can I seperate the shell from the actual frame? I have 2 n600s and am looking to restore 1. I would like to completely seperate the shell of the car from the frame, and remove everything out of it. Much like your pictures seem to be. This would allow me to start fresh with the car.
Were you able to do this?

This doesnt strike me as impossible. It is not what I have done, but
I have done that type of restoration on VW beetles when building show
cars.
This one was a parts donor for its twin sister.
Two into one is good. One had a good interior, the other a perfect
body. This one is the remains of the good interior car.

The Honda 600's are unibody. There is no frame, so you can't seperate the body and frame.

Well, there IS a frame, but it's so petite that it comes out WITH the
engine. Or so my instruction manual calls it. =) They're not hard to
pull. Just put a jack under the frame (H-shaped structure under
engine), and take 4 bolts loose (2 under hood, 2 in cab floorboard).
Drops right out. Just be sure everything is disconnected before you
start.
