Hey! I am also a new owner of an AZ600. I picked up a yellow '71 a
few weeks ago. I have only driven it a few times, but this last time
I was out in it it stalled a few times when I would stop. I found
that I had to try and juggle both the break and gas pedal at the same
time in order not to stall. Any suggestions?
Also, if anybody knows of a shop in the Atlanta area that can work on
a 600, please let me know.
Thanks.

Stalling
Re: Stalling
There are plenty of things to look at, tuning, gas flow, etc, but first,
what is the idle speed? Maybe a quick turn of the idle adjust screw on the
carb will help.

Re: Stalling
I'm betting on a vacume leak. Maybe a hose, maybe the brake booster.

Re: Stalling
Steve;
Make sure the solenoid is operating. it may have disconnected at either the
power or ground wires or just fallen off from the side of the carb. There is
an easy check. Remove it and touch the hot lead to the battery and ground
the black wire, if the pin pulls back then it is working. If not, well,
that's your problem.
