Strange message in '72 Z

Hi all,
One other thing. When I was working on my '72 a piece of paper was
under the back seat. The paper is full of holes and barely readable
but said "Throtle Cables. Latest design for Magura Throtle for 26mm
(HOLE)-cycle. Inner Length (hole). Outter Length (hole). Carb and
Extension." Does this mean anything to anyone?

I looked up the name Magura on the search engine and it is a bike and motorcycle maker. The previous owner might have trying to modify his(your) 600 or might have had a motorcycle and he/she needed to replace or modify the throtle cable.
