Bruce Whiting finally returned my Carb- Thank you Bruce

Hello Group- I wanted to update my previous post about not having any
contact with Bruce after I sent him my carb for re-build/clean back in
July- it came back on friday and I have it installed, He indicated it
was quite dirty, and understandable too. Now I am having trouble
trying to get fuel to flow thru a new( off the shelf) fuel filter I
bought at the local auto store.Is there a specific filter that needs
to be used and if I use something close, will it or could it cause the
lack of fuel to flow thru it? The pump is working, just a tiny amt of
fuel has collected in the filter. If that is the case I will follow up
and get one from someone on here- like Mike or Miles.

How's the fuel flow from the gas tank? Plugged line?
