Help ! From Down Under in New Zealand

Hi Everyone
I need some parts for my LN360.
1. A complete door lock assembly left hand side.
2. A complete Hood release cord from inside to the hood latch.
Im assuming that not to much changed from the 360's to the 600s in
these departments
Now Im happy to pay the postage from the States, sadly I have had a
problem with other members not wanting to deal with me becase Im like
to far away I guess. Some have not even bothered to reply when I have
enquired.
So what have we got out there and how much are we looking at.

P.S. Its about to become my driver the gas prices down here are killing

Honda brought 1000 LN360 cars to America. The 360 engine was just not
strong enough to power the cars on "Our" highways, and the fact that
they had left hand drivers, could not return them to Japan(no market
for lefty drivers) and so they took them to International Waters and
made "A Reef" out of all of them. Bummer, Huh?

That does make me feel ill. A similar story, years ago here in New Zealand I owned a 1962 Ford MK 2 Zephyr ute or pick up as you guys call them. In the early 70s Ford Motor Company had a clean out of all there spare parts that they thought were surplus to needs.
These were complete cars all in parts, so they took them to a land fill and dropped them in a hole ran bull dozers over the parts and they were buried for ever.
No one thought that there may be a buyer out there who actually take them all, so they destroyed them. Senceless but that business and as they say one man junk is another mans gold.
