hi i just had a question. my az600 has a welded hitch on the back of
it. (see new pictures) i was wondering what they could have been able
to tow on the back of my "tired puppy". i don't need a big debate but
thought it would be a fun question. dean

Long ago when my 70 ford van quit, I towed it home with my N600. Even made it up a driveway that rose about 6 feet in 50 feet.
The looks I got when I was chaining it up was really priceless.

Well the owner's manual talks about how to tow a Coupe, but not the other way around!
I suppose that it could manage a lightweight trailer like this one , or this one meant for a motorcycle with 100-200 pounds of cargo.

I used to tow Honda 600's with my Honda 600 I called Thrasher.
Thrasher was a car I got cheap, slapped a non synch motor together
for $30.00 and drove the hell out of it. I tried many times to blow
it up, IE: driving 65 mph in 3rd gear on Hwy 280 for extended periods
of time. Towed another sedan with a tow rope from Palo Alto back to
Santa Clara without having a cooling fan on Thrasher. Drove several
times to Lake Tahoe and Fresno etc. I used it to push other junk cars
around on my property - sideways ! I had a 3" diamete pipe welded on
the front for the bumper, no interior, no dashboard. I wish I had
pictures. Later I installed a coupe dash in it and sold it that way
for $450.00. That was one great car !

Steve, my stuff is usually not in the owner's manual, but I thought I'd
send a couple of pic's - when I put a hitch on a 600, I use the small
1 1/4" receiver so the ball isn't sticking out when you don't need it -
I roughed in a small trailer using a 600 rear clip and filled in the front
w/a top from a civic, which is wider than the coupe, as that was too
small - when you really want to turn some heads, pull a large hyd.
log splitter through town with a 600. I don't know whether these
pic's will be under my note or clear at the bottom of the page, but
I'm attaching 6 of them. Ray Cave ( eagle-hd )
