Is anyone aware of where to get a rear window seal for coupe?
I have seen this on ebay and it states it is good for both the front windshield and rear window.
Previous owner used a bunch of black goo and it looks like hell!

HONDA 600 COUPE Hatch glass seal
What they should have used is a rubber "U" shaped gasket to fit the glass joining at the bottom of the glass and then install the gasket into the hatch using 3M Window-Weld ribbon sealer. 3M part number 08612. However if this is the first time your installing glass using this seal a auto glass installation company may be a better choice as there are cleaners for the glass and the hatch frame to make this a lasting seal.
Some of the U shaped seals have a chrome inset which is closer to the look that the Honda 600 coupe had.

The Z600 coupe used a sealer and not a seal. The coupe rear window was wrapped in a chromed plastic trim which was then attached to the rear window hatch with an adhesive. I have had good luck using a GE silicone adhesive that I used to buy at Home Depot. However, I haven't seen it at there in years (it had a name which sounded like "climimax"). If you decide to use the silicone sealer method, I suggest you contact the technical assistance at DAP or GE and ask for their suggestion. Here is the info you need to provide them;
1. it is being used to secure a flat rear window glass to a plastic frame. Measure the contact area.... I think it is about 1/2 inch around the outer edge.
2. Let them know the approx weight of the glass and size. Just treat it as a rectangle.
3. The car will be left outside year round and will be exposed to heat and cold plus sunlight (UV).
4. The window is subject to vibrations since it is on a car which is being driven.
Items 3 and 4 are the critical ones since all silicone adhesives appear to work initially. The temperature changes, UV from sunlight, and vibrations are what will eventually break down the sealer and you don't want the rear window to pop out when you go over a bump. These companies (GE, DAP, etc) already have the products which you need for your application but it may not be what is available at Home Depot. They can tell you the product name/number and tell you who handles the distribution.
