Hi Nick;
In most cases the problem is not loose screws, the plastic that it is
made of is crumbling, cracking and just falling apart. It's a tough job
and normally takes two people to do the job well, but with some "Marglass"
type bondo and some fiber glass sculpting Harry Lineback and myself put his
back together and I think it is still doing well. Harry?

Someone told me where the screw was. It was under the plastic (grab)
handle on the passenger side. It was very loose. I tightened it up,
(phillips head screw), and now the dash is tight, and makes no more
noise. Thanks for the info, I may need it in the future if the dash
cracks in the manner that you stated..
