Tires size and where to get them

I need to get some tires for my n600 but cant seem to locate them at
tirerack.com. the size from my car said p145sr10 but none is listed.
please help if you know where to get them. thanks,

from tirerack. p145r80T10 does that sound like the
right size? :)
