I've toyed with the idea for a while now of building a completely (or as much as possible) NOS engine. I've seen parts come and go on ebay that would contribute to this project. I first bought a NOS upper crankcase cover. Then I saw a NOS hawaiian head online, followed by a NOS cylinder barrel and a setof NOS pistons. Now there is a NOS cam shaft housing online.
Of course, I only purchased the one piece.
SOmething about not being able to afford the items.
has anyone else had a similar goal?
