rebuilt the motor apx. 300 miles ago and set points at 15-16 thou.and
timing to where it sounded best.to my shock this was 40 BTDC. backed
the timing to 25 and the motor feels like it pulls harder through the
gears.also what sounds as a rist pin knock is less noticable no not a
ignition ping.are these motors like a chevy in they like a total
advance of 38 deg. thanks BOB.
