Rarest of the Rare

Post by Curtis Martin »

In Torrence, Ca there is a building about a mile or two from Honda
Corporate, hiden in an industrial complex where the Honda Museum
resides.
Camera's are not allowed inside and many a Honda employee has never
seen the inside of this historic collection of cars, motorcycles and
IRL racing vehicles. Every hallmark moment in American Honda's
automotive history resides in this top secret facility.
I work for Honda and have had the honor of being in thos building on
two occassions. The last time was this past week. While inside the
museum itself, I did the unthinkable, I pulled out a camera. I was
immediately surrounded bu high ranking Honda Corporate types who
informed me of the rules.
When I explained that I only wanted a picture of the 600's, since I own
several and wanted to share them with this group... I was allowed. What
a rare occassion. I will post the one pic I was allowed in the photo
section for your enjoyment.

I guess I can't post pics here. If anyone can, and would like the pic
emailed to you for posting, let me know.

Hi,
Send me anything you have.  I have two 600's (sedans) one of which I am the original owner of.
Thanks

The 600 Coupe looks like it has a chrome metal strip along the side and across the door.
I have never seen this option on any 600 coupe.  Does anyone on here have a coupe with a
chrome piece along the side and what country is the car from?

The chrome (really a chrome bracket to hold a rubber strip) was a 70's dealer add on to keep door dings down.
