In regards to the port-o-walls, I have an old vespa scooter that has port-o-walls. The wheels are 8 inch. However, some of the scooters had 10 inch wheels. The company and website that I could get them through is called scooterworks.com. They may supply 10 inch pot-o-walls. If nothing else turns up, maybe give them a try.
Hope it helps

I noticed recently that 10" Port-A-Walls are being manufactured again. Anyone tried those?
At $40/set, it might be worth a shot.

Lucas tire in Long Beach has the portawhites in 8(?) and 10: but they don't work and you will regret the time and trouble. Save up for genuine white walls.
