Reverse gear

Has anyone had a hard time getting reverse? It just started, maybe clutch cable is loose, I hope not clutch is bad or reverse gear is shot/

hi, when i bought my first 600 when it was new the dealer called it "a sledge hammer reverse" it was because it was a crash box type shift " hard left over down and in-gage" . i don't know if they corrected it on later models but the car i have now doesn't seem to be as bad as my first one.
