Annual Orphan Car & Handcrafted Vehicle Meet Sunday, 13 February 2011 La Jolla, California
Please note that I have made an exception by including the Honda 600, which is not an "orphan," as Honda vehicles are still produced. I did this because I am a former owner of a 1971 Honda N600.
Additionally, please note three other non-orphans are also included:
Corvair - first mass produced American car with a rear engine Chevrolet Vega and Ford Pinto - two of the worst cars ever built in the USA.
This will be my final communication to our group. Please note the listing also appears in the Calendar in the WHEELS section of the San Diego Union-Tribune.
Please note on the entry form that the postmark deadline for the pre-entry fee of $15.00 is 29 JAN 2011.
Thereafter, and on Sunday, 13 FEB 2011, the entry fee is $20.00. Our rain date, not mentioned on the entry form, is Sunday, 20 FEB 2011.
