Either will work, O rings at the base of the cylinders or use the other cylinders, just make sure the fit is right.  Some sealant can be used but make sure the O rings are on top of the lower cylinder gasket.

Bill What condenser and points do you use on the 600 since they have been discontinued?

Try this, and the condenser should be the same.
Ignition Points
- 70's models Honda CB 100 motorcycles. (Daiichi MFG Co. LTD #30202-107-004)
