Very simple really, but first I would go to the MSD website and download the "Installation Instructions" for the specific control module you have on-hand. In summary for the 6AL I installed-- Heavy Red goes to fuse block, Heavy Black to a good Body Ground, Red from the (+) coil wire switched by the ignition key, White from the (-) coil wire switched by the points, Orange to the Positive (+) side of the new coil and Black to the Negative (-) side.
Not only is the spark now much, much Hotter, but more importantly the points are now relieved of handling the relatively high coil current and only have to deal with a very small trigger current which allows them to function almost indefinitely at least from an electrical point of view.
Just for reference keep in mind that the Honda is a simultaneous fire engine ie both plugs fire together at the same time. I ended up using an "ACCEL 140406BK Dual Fire Black Super Coil" (a performance upgrade for Harley-Davidson which also happens to be simultaneous double fire).
So far, this arrangement seems to be functioning flawlessly. Just be sure to retime the engine on the "Hot" side to compensate for any possible delay in the electronics. I didn't experience any, but better to be sure.

I too followed Marks video a couple years back and have had zero issues.  My car starts immediately now and is much more reliable and this is a big plus for me, Im not a engine guy.
