I've broken both the motor mounts in my coupe. (Not that much
horsepower - I think the disc rusted to the shoes.)
Any tricks for getting the new ones in? The grill is currently out,
if that helps at all. Just not sure how I want to lift the motor up a
bit in the car to slide in the new one.
TIA,
Eric

Nevermind (was Re: Motor mounts)
Looks like both motor mounts are fine. One exhaust header was loose and bouncing around (open independent pipes.)
But there is still some minor problem - I think the disks now have a ridge from the brake pads. Need to put the car on jack stands again and pull the front wheels to check.

Lucky for you the rotors come off the car very easily. You can send them
into a machine shop and have them turned or you can do it yourself if you
have a lathe. Let me know if you need information on the minimum allowable
rotor thickness.
