custom wheels

Ok everyone,
After some research on the net, I found a place that can make
custom 10 inch wheels for our little cars. From 5 inch wide to even
10 inch wide. Prices starting at 88 dollars a piece!!!! And WOW!!
They sure do look nice, and have quite a selection of styles! All
BRAND NEW and machined to your preference!! Now how about that!!!

Tha's 88 dollars each, CANADIAN, which is like $500 US......

Thanks Jose for clarifying that for me. Also, I talked with
them today and unfortunately there is only one style of rim that they
can make for the 10 inch because the center is so small. But the rim
still looks great, and I think I will probably buy a set. The down
side is that like Bill told me, they are not DOT approved. These are
tried and true RACING wheels, which are made for high speed and high
g-force. I would presume that they would hold up better than stock.
Any info on this would be great before I purchase a set.

i cant imagine anything thats really racing ( not a sticker saying " racing ") that wouldnt hold up better than stock. thats one of the reasons to race, to better the street car. anyway, good luck.
p.s. sure am glad them darn canuks dont have a better dollar than us ;)

   They look like the Speedstar mark 2 Racing Wheels like the once they use in Japan on the Honda 360

I just found out that you can order custom 10 inch wheels and
goodyear 205 50 10 tires dot highspeed rated tires for highway use
they are called greensavers and are made for golfcarts but like i
said are rated for highway use.
