Of course I would love to see this thing sell at that price, but...
Also, are those bumpers "right"??

I work at a classic car dealership in the Los Angeles area, and my boss and I both speak Japanese. He just returned from a trip to Japan, where he was making connections to import to the US some rare and unusual Japanese market cars. He brought back a monthly publication, sort of like our Auto Trader, where there are tons of early model Japanese market cars, including an early 70s model N360 with A/T for 220,000 yen, about $20,000 or so. Big Bucks!!! I also spotted a Z360 GT for about the same price.

Re: Japanese market
Actually Kraig if 220,000yen is the asking price, then that's only
about $2,200 (approx) for a quick ref you just move the decimal 2
places to the left. for a more accurate conversion go to
http://www.xe.com/ucc/convert.cgi which you'll be given the daily
currency rate, which today reads as: $1,874.85 USD = 220,000 yen.
which seems much more reasonable, and about the same as the states
(sans the 15 million dollar Z600 on ebay right now).
also, if you're looking for good auction sites in Japan, eBay hasn't
caught on too hot...
and although Bidders.co.jp is great for collectables, it's very hard
to find much more than toys.
the biggest Japanese online place for automobile parts, accessories,
& goodies i've had the best luck finding stuff on is Yahoo Auctions,
Japan (http://www.auctions.yahoo.co.jp). unfortunately, i don't have
the japanese credit card or residence required for me to set up an
account...
so alas i'm left dreaming about all the goodies i can't get here
anyway.
if your boss is over there a lot, there is some really cool stuff for
the sedans (like the fender mount mirrors & "touring" grill w/ the
fog lamps built in) which i'd eventually LOVE to get my hands on.
good luck bringing over some vintage Hondas!
scoop up a N500R!
(my dream 600 car!)
or an old school Honda Monkey mini-bike!
(those are worth a LOT!)
keep us posted.
do you guys have a website to look at your inventory?

Aaron:
Yes, when I was in Japan as a kid in the early 70s, the Honda Monkey was my dream bike (they were strret legal there). Remember, also, the Dax Honda? (say it real fast with a Japanese pronounciation, and it sounds like "dachshund" which was the look they were trying for!)
And yes, we do have a website with our inventory on it:
