The person looking for lug nuts said to reply directly to him. My
policy is if it is private emails directed to someone who is selling
or looking for something to not repost to the whole group. This makes
it easier to read the archives and does not clutter up the Honda
Group with personal mail.
I first deleted one Nick's email along with as many others which
included a joke about Kumho's. I emailed with him about it and he
agreed about using the group for persoanl emails as seen below edited
with *stars*:

I understand that you as the group monitor, do not want
offensive replies posted on the group message board. I also agree
with that. But in the actions that you took to delete the (offensive
statement), my LEGITIMATE message was deleted in the process, which
contained absolutely NO offensive remarks. The message that had the
offensive remarks was from someone else who posted a message after I
did about different tires. This made me feel that anything that I
had to say was not wanted by the group. I have NEVER made or
included offensive remarks in any postings, and I am a devoted honda
600 fan that finds the group very interesting, and helpful. ***I also
do not agree with people using the group for (e-mail) purposes, but
then again, you can take care of that.*** When a LEGITIMATE message
is deleted That I POSTED, it discourages me from participating.

So, in closing the 1 message he just posted slamming me and another
one from Kraig are being removed from the site, but everyone who has
emails & digests still have the message it's just not on site.
I try to keep the forum open, I don't to control the postings unless
I must, anyone can post, the attachments option has been removed from
because Yahoo doesn't allow pictures anymore - but you can have
photos in the album section. I have only removed 1 other person for
abuse.
