CAN I REUSE (CUTOUT) GOOD SHEET METAL FROM ONE CAR AND FABRICATE IT
TO ANOTHER CAR? PROBABLY A DUMB QUESTION, BUT I AM NO BODY GUY.

Sure you can. Just be sure to have somebody make careful cuts so the
two pieces match up right. And find a welder who has experience doing it.
