Hey gang,
I`m in Japan right now on vacation and came across a super duper small 4 wheel vehicle kit car that is built around a Honda 2-stroke scooter. It`s used and the owner said it`s called a Takeoka kit. It`s got a roof and a door on the right side but the neat thing is the scooter handlebar is still used for steering. I took video of this. Anyone else heard of them?
Best,
Erik

Re: small car built around Honda 50cc scooter
About 1985 I was in Hollywood visiting a guy with a Heinkel Trojan.
He also had a 50cc scootercar called a Zipper. They imported only a
handfull - some were converts some were full top, plastic body. They
all used Honda 50cc scooters, they didn't even take the center stand
off! Two wheels in front & 1 in back. Sold for aprox $2500.oo.
