enhance performance

Post by Darryl »

I recently purchased a 1972 Honda N600 that is in very good condition
and that I am using as a daily driver. As you all know, it is slow,
noisy, and does not brake very well. Are there any ways to improve any
of these conditions?

It doesn't???????????!!! You're kidding. The brakes must be way out of whack:
Your car should brake excellently.
You have to get the brakes fixed at once, maybe they are dragging and slowing the vehicle down giving the false impression it is less than excellent. Check your timing, good timing will make it peppier.
A loud radio should keep the car quiet. Or you might need a new exhaust: a good investment  for me at Aamco, they guarantee their stuff. Maybe it was Midas.
Good luck,
Marshall
