HELP!!!

I have my Jegs catalog, went to my local speed shop. my local auto
parts store, and no one has 8mm solid core spark plug wire. Does
anyone have a few extra feet they would sell me? Also, went to my
local Honda dealer for an oil filter, points, plugs, etc.. Looked at
me like I was crazy and sent me on my way. Is there a dealer with a
website that anyone has had good luck with? The couple sites that I
have been on have like every part made listed but when you call them
they say the part is no longer available!!! My z600 is sitting in the
garage just waiting to roar to life. Thanks,

Bill,
I just purchased 3 oil filters from a Honda Dealership. Tell them to check
and to order them for you. It should take about a week before your receive
them.

NAPA sells it by the foot. I just walked in and asked for it as well as the straight boots and plug connectors. I soldered the sparkplug connectors to the wire and then slipped the boots over that. Total cost was less than 15 bucks. The 8mm wires will screw directly onto the screw posts in the coil.
Matt is right, most of the Honda dealers still carry the oil filters. Mine even had the air filter...

  I bought points and an oil filter from my local Honda dealer last year, they had to order them. You should be able to get spark plugs cheaper and easier at other auto parts stores. It didn't hurt that I drove my car (N600) there, it caused more excitement than the new Hondas.

Yes.  I've seen several.  One in LA (Honda of America demonstration/evaluation car that was to be repatriated to the motherland), and a couple on a trip to Japan.
IIRC, it's a 660cc turbo power plant, and very fine looking car.  Now, as for the auction car having a valid Nevada title... the title may be valid, but i seriously doubt the car is legal to drive in the US.  Explanation is, three cars from any year to be imported are sacrificed for crash testing.  Plus, the usual DOT compliant equipment (usually the glass) needs to be installed.  This is very difficult.
I'd love to have one in my driveway.

They are everywhere in UK. As cheap as &1000 UK. Figure shipping. The year is obviously wrong in the Ebay ad since they were built from 91-96 and get more like 40-50 MPG New, figure wear and tear on the motor.

Yes, call your dealer with the part number for the oil filter and ask them
to look it up. They may say at first that the number is incorrect - be
persistent.

I don't know if the stats are correct on the US legal issue. Grey market cars are all over the place, they just need to be fitted with DOT running lights (as was told to me). My Boss owns the FIRST F40 off the line (ex- Iacocca owned car) and I doubt they had 3 crushed for testing.
He also owns a Ferrari GTO, pretty much a production race car with rear view mirrors.  Both are labeled US on the door pillar tag. Production cars with runs over XXXX may be different. That would be a good thing to know.
