I work at a company that just purchased a 1200.00 duplex scanner. it
sure makes life easier to scan in the documents and then use the
scanned copy to get your grimy fingerprints all over without worrying....

My original .pdf is fine so you don't need to send me a copy - thanks.
I didn't scan this one myself; I just built the pdf out of separate files for each page, and put together the webpage to make it available.
I am glad to hear that there is at least one "successful download" story. I guess that maybe really big pdfs are a bit "fragile"? I tried downloading the file twice, from two different locations using different connections, and both times the file was unreadable by acrobat reader. SO, I will leave the file up there for those that still want to try to download it via the email I wrote here; however I won't link to it permanently on my site because I can't guarantee it will work. If not, there's always the by-chapter downloads.
