1971 sedan for sale in utah - $4000 OBO

1971 Honda n600 - $4000 OBO
I must sell my 1971 Honda n600. It was a project car of mine, one which I spent thousands of dollars and untold time away from the family to work on. Now I just cannot afford to keep it in the garage.
info:
1971 Honda n600. It ran last October, but I have not run it since then. The paint is factory, and there is a little rust, but it is very fixable, or just easy to ignore.
The floor boards have NO rust at all.
What I've done:
[*]New carpet [*]New upholstery [*]Rechromed and straightened the front bumper at Salt Lake Chrome [*]New Tires from TireRack [*]Sandblasted and painted the rims [*]Fixed a few wiring gremlins [*]Replaced spark plugs, points, condensor, and spark plug wires
[*]Replaced fuel filter [*]Replaced fuel lines [*]Fixed fuel sending unit [*]Had one hell of a time riding in it
This auction will also include all of the spare parts I have, which include:
two front fenders A spare hood a box full of carb parts... enough for you to build an extra carb or two A Carb rebuild kit A NOS Air Filter 5 brand new oil filters, and 5 brand new fuel filters A Rebuilt alternator A spare hood A spare front bumper (dented) Some other random windows and things
This auction will also include a rebuilt engine from Mike O'Connor. I purchased this from him last year in hopes of putting it in my car, but life got in the way and it's just been sitting in my garage. This engine cost me $1500 and will last the life of the car.
I just don't have the time for it.  If you think the price is too high, make me an offer.  These little cars are very difficult to find in the mountain states.

Not for a few years.  I'm in some debt, and have a lot going on with school.  I most likely won't have time for it for a while.  Unfortunately, this means selling my excess right now.
Don't worry, however... I will be buying another once I'm done with graduate school.  I've sort of sealed my fate with the n600 tattoo on my forearm :)
