looking for inside door part

Post by Tom Rapini »

I need the long black plastic piece that goes along the top of the inside door lining to hold it in place.   Passenger door, 1972 N600.   If anyone has one they would sell, please contact me.

I have also been looking for the exact same piece...passenger door top trim.  I have heard that they are extremely hard to remove without breaking into several pieces.  This is why they are so rare to find.  If anyone has one, I would also be interested.
Thanks!

Ron;
    We have all had similar problems finding a good usable part.   I resorted to finding several parts and was able to cut and glue them together making a good one.  Taking care and keeping the cuts correct in length the look good as new.

I faced the same dilema. I ended up using a 1" wide strip of black
plastic and chrome screws with finishing washers. Not original but
does the job and looks ok.
