Send them an e-mail on the subject. They are a company and if enough of us poke them with the same problem they will change. If no one talks to them they will keep doing what they are doing now. But you saw the answer they gave me. Not everyone is required to use the paypal payment plan. I chose not to, and have sold less than 10 items on e-bay and I was not told to use paypal. Freedom of Choice, I use daily.
