az600... I need one

Hey,
I'm new to these Honda microcars, and I'm trying to find a decent
az600 for sale (at a good price) for the purpose of making a sweet
little street car.
On such a topic; how hard would it be to swap a Honda cb650 engine
into a sweet little car like the 600 coupe? I know stock, it has a two
cylinder motorcycle engine, so does anyone know the work that would be
involved in doing the swap to a 4 cylinder?
Would I have to use the transmission off of my old Nighthawk, or would
I be able to use the one in the car?
Is the car ff or fr? (dumb question, but I've never played with these
cars.)
Would it be hard to lower it?

The swap would not be easy . . . not much room to work with, front
wheel drive, how do you get reverse, etc. . . .
I'm sure it can be done, but there are better projects to dump $$$
into IMHO.
And it really isn't a motorcycle engine - it has a differential, and
was build specifically for the N and Z cars. (Yes, it shares a lot in
common with a motorcycle engine, but it's not one . . . )

Ok, so how could I pump some more horses out of that breezy little
36er. I want a micro, but I want it to be a little more on the sporty
side. I've driven the sedan, and I'm somewhat underwhelmed.
I need mine lower, wider, and a little bit faster. The lower and wider
part is pretty simple, but I need more power... I'm getting ahead of
myself, I really should get the car first.

You should really go look at the other group where the severe mods
are. If you want something on the weird side, Mike is bringing his
Samurai powered Honda 600 to my Vintage Honda Meet next weekend. He
has it up for sale. It's a sedan made into a pick up truck grafted to
a Suzuki Samurai.
On the other hand if you want to get more HP out of a Honda 600
engine, you better keep an extra stack of crankshafts on hand. There
used to be a big bore kit available that would increase the size to
around 650cc (76.5mm) - you can look at the set I have - but they are
not for sale. Then add on the Hawaiian/Euro parts and you would have
a hot car like B&B Automotive has.
