this is really knot that hard.
Cars were built and shipped and sold and usually titled and licenced as such. So a car built in say 1/70 to 6/70 maybe titled as a 1970. And a car built in say 6/70 to 12/70 maybe titled as a 1971 because thy may have been sold in 1971. and so on. I have a 7/71 az that is titled as a 1974 because the dealer sold it in 1974 I have all the paper work on the car. I tryed to get the DMV to change it but thy wont.
