I don't know about the mini fire does bad things to steel especially the strength.
I hope he had good insurance.

John, sorry to hear about the fire.
Like many of us, we have collected cars and put alot of time and money in them, they become part of the family.
Hopefully the insurance will help, but still can't replace them.
I am going out to the garage and disconnect the battery on my Triumph.
Let us know if you need any help.
