I have a two requests. I need to know the correct orientation for the Right side holder main bearing retainer. I believe I have interpreted the manual correctly. I have the oil round hole facing up and the slot hole and casting rib facing facing down. See link to picture.

Next. Does anyone have a cam chain tentioner in good condition for sale?

I have never linked to a photo on this site before. I hope it works.

Re: (2) questions
I believe that is correct on the orientation. I'm not positive, but I thought the bolt pattern is such that it will only go on one way.

Re: (2) questions
The gasket only goes on one way and in your picture gasket is not showing and you have the wrong bolts holding on the right bearing. Does not use flange bolts, correct is plain head bolt with split lock washer.
