Pro's and con's of a metal garage

I am making a multi-group post here so please excuse me if you get a couple of these. I would like to know if anyone has a metal garage and what they think of it. I can get a 24 X 30 metal garage for over half less than it would cost to purchase a pre-fab or to have one constructed. That includes having the doors and insulation installed in the metal one as well as the concrete foundation. Just wanting to know if there is a hook somewhere. The property I just purchased has two workshops and one will be connected to the garage.Thanks for any input. Harry
