Tim, in LA area of California gets them from Honda all the time.  And he makes a good point, let them know there is a need and the company will keep making them.

Tim is right. I just recently puchased 8 filters directly from Honda
Motors. And they will keep making them if there is a market for
them! And, it is good to know that we have group members who also
have a (few) in their treasure box for emergencies!
