manuals for a 1972 an600 sedan

Post by mack35946 »

hi everyone my son found a 1972 an600 sedan for our next restoration
project, and we need a little advice on how to go about it.
first letme give a little history, the car has been in dry storage for
20 years it was last on the road in 1984.the car has receipts for
work
done on the eng, rings, valves,& timing chain replacement.the car runs
but idles very rough, steering wheel is split and the service brakes
are inop.other than these problems the car is in very good condition
it
shows 46K on the odd.i know nothing about these type of cars as a
matter of fact this is my first japaneese car.Does anyone know where
i
could obtain a owners & factory service manual
we have no data whatso ever on this type of vehicle.thanks mack

This forum is the BEST place to ask questions and get help with your
project, period.
For some of the manuals, go to my site www.honda600coupe.com , click on the
"collection of documents" link, and pick from the items there. Be sure to
download them, not simply open them in your browser, as your goal is to save
the documents to your PC. Just follow the directions there. You will
probably want to download the sedan parts manual (great drawings of every
single part) and the coupe service manual (it's 98% mechanically identical
to the sedan).
Download, and print as needed. Write me directly with any problems you have
retreiving or printing. Good luck.
