Name that part # 6

Looks like the Speedometer Gear which resides in the right engine
cover, with the dipstick...part # 23815-551-680 for both coupes and
late sedans, unless you have a constant mesh transmission, then you
would have Part # 23815-568-010...

Larryn600 You're Not 100% correct, Tell us (and this is still open to
anyone) which transmission does it go to? And, say why you know it goes to
that transmission.

the number of teeth on gear!

It looks like 16teeth on the picture,(synchro trans,) vs. 15 tooth
for non synchro trans.
