I would vote for $1000 or so.  Look on ebay for some other sedans and coupes for sale to compare against.
OTOH, a rust-free body is worth a lot, so I guess the bottom line is, it's worth whatever you're willing to spend for it.  At least you are not paying for shipping for a car that's across the country.
