Honda itself is about the least helpful.   I myself have only gotten oil filter kits from the dealer.
Kumho powerstar 758 tires from tirerack.com are popular cheap tires - when they are not out of stock.  See the top of this page of mine for links and emails to four folks who make and/or sell most items that fall under the category of tuneup parts.  Three of them are also members of the two yahoo groups.
Congrats on your new car.  Use this group heavily when you get stuck for answers.

To get an idea of parts which are available,  go to ebay and search on "honda n600".  The links from this group site will also get you to a few places with parts (Miles in CA and Mike in NC).  The parts are out there,  it just depends on what you want to spend.  If you don't mind $10 for an oil filter and $35 for a tuneup kit,  then no problem getting parts.  The only part which I see as an obstacle is finding replacement crankshafts.  I do not know of any source for NOS or rebuilt 600 cranks.
good luck,
Dale
