Yes, it is in the Sedan shop manual. First section.

Bill, I don't have a sedan shop manual.
Can you scan it?
Or send me a copy with the window seals I ordered from you.
Are these numbers like a cam grind sheet?
Like Duration, lift, intake open 0 degree's BTDC at 1mm lift?
I want to buy a hotter cam or get one of my cams ground and then degree the cam.

I measured my stock cams and the lift is (.318") at the cam.
Rocker arm ratio is (1:1) so we have (.318") at the valve also.
Anybody got a Hawaiian cam they measure to see what the lift is?
I know Mike O'Connor has performance cams, not sure what the grind is, he sells them for $175 which is a good price.
John gave us this info, I added lift:

Here is a good video of a cam grinder.
Note the grinding wheel is fixed. The cam is mounted between centers on each end, and in the middle with a steady rest if the cam is long. Note on the left end of the machine their is a master that has the cam profile on it, cam shops can have hundreds of these masters.
Then the table pivots as a roller (cam follower)follows the master, pivoting the table at the correct angle and shape. Everything is timed off the keyway or pin in the end of the cam shaft.
Amazing machine.

Performance info.
I still have the Petersen book, Japanese import cars 1972.
I was 13 years old and thought the Honda coupe was really cool.
In it, was a performance kit for $125, wow those were the days!
J&J Performance Products, John Modesti, with a picture of him, 38 years ago!
*77mm high domed pistons offered in 10:1 or 12:1 compression.
*Pins, keepers, rings and a head gasket.
They also had lightened rocker arms.
A header for under $30!
They claimed 13 seconds to 60mph.
They also mention suspension modifications to the springs and using Koni shocks.
No mention of a cam in this artical, but I am sure they used a modified one.
Is J&J Performance Products still around?
Is John Modesti still playing with Honda's?
They had an address in the artical:

By the way, I ended up buying my first car when I was 16, a used 71 Pinto for $600. The air cooled Honda was not good for the Buffalo, NY weather!!!
